Qualifications

• Eight years of field construction experience preferred
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating with project team
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations for medium- to large-scale projects ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA requirements on site.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and QA/QC processes; generate daily reports and cost updates.
