Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Superintendent to join our San Diego, CA office. This role coordinates field operations on medium- to large-scale projects, with a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will lead safety programs, develop QA/QC plans, manage schedules and coordination meetings, and oversee subcontractors while maintaining compliance with OSHA and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Experience with large commercial projects; healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, science & technology is desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensures and promotes safety awareness and accountability on the project.
• Develops jobsite safety plan in coordination with Safety Manager/Coordinator and General Superintendent.
• Develops QA/QC plan and oversees QA/QC processes and documentation.
• Manages master project schedule and coordinates look-ahead schedules.
• Oversees subcontractor coordination meetings and daily reports; ensures compliance with contract specs.
