Rudolph and Sletten is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate field operations for medium- to large-scale projects in San Diego, CA. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely project delivery, reporting directly to the Jobsite Project Manager.

The ideal candidate brings extensive field experience in commercial construction, strong leadership, and mastery of safety programs, QA/QC, and daily reporting to drive client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of field experience in construction.
• Experience with large commercial projects preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of safety programs and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations for medium- to large-scale projects.
• Maintain safety, quality, and schedule while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Prepare and review job schedules and daily construction reports.
• Manage subcontractors, labor, and materials in alignment with contract terms.
• Lead safety meetings and promote a culture of safety on site.
• Interface with Project Manager and stakeholders to resolve issues.
