Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field is desired.
• Minimum eight years of experience in construction field or related area.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and large commercial projects desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety on the project and enforce OSHA requirements.
• Develop and manage QA/QC plans and conduct quality walks.
• Create and review job schedules, look-aheads, and progress reporting.
• Supervise field operations and oversee subcontractors and field personnel.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and engineers to resolve issues and keep project on schedule.
