Job summary

Dick Anderson Construction is seeking a Full-Time Superintendent to manage the Sheridan, WY job site and oversee operations across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

The Superintendent will supervise Foremen and crews, ensure safety, quality, and on-time progress, and coordinate with the Project Manager. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and hands-on coordination with owners and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction supervision and foreman duties.
• Ability to read blueprints and translate to on-site work.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations (OSHA).
• Experience with quality and cost control on job sites.
• Proficiency in carpentry, concrete, and other trades.
• Strong math and analytical skills; ability to mentor others.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan site requirements and order supplies.
• Track job site production daily/weekly.
• Supervise foreman and crew.
• Maintain customer relations with Owner and subcontractors.
• Oversee quality control and productivity.
• Keep paperwork organized (reports, receipts).
• Coordinate with Foreman on progress.
• Assist with carpentry tasks if needed.
• Perform housekeeping and safety on site.
• Assist with demolition duties if needed.
