Job summary

MCN Build is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Washington D.C. to manage large commercial/industrial projects, coordinate trades, and lead project teams. This role requires a 30-hour OSHA certification, a high school diploma, and 10+ years of experience handling multi-project environments.

You will oversee safety, cost, and schedule, work with subcontractors, and ensure quality outcomes. A strong driver’s license and proficiency with PlanGrid, Procore, and Sage 300 Timberline are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience on large commercial/industrial projects or multiple projects in a superintendent role.
• Must have 30-hour OSHA certification and high school diploma.
• Ability to review plans, specs, and contracts for each trade involved.
• Strong communication with diverse teams and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate trade contractors to ensure high-quality work on schedule.
• Oversee project budgets, general conditions, site services, and safety plans.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with Project Management.
• Support sales processes and client presentations as needed.
