Qualifications

• 5+ years as a superintendent in construction.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, contract management, blueprint reading, and subcontractor oversight.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities ensuring conformity with design, specs, timelines and safety codes.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, and procurement for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects/engineers to interpret blueprints.
• Manage subcontractor relationships for quality and timeliness.
• Ensure adherence to current building codes and regulations.
• Develop and implement construction plans, adapting to changes as needed.
• Use strong problem-solving to address issues during construction.
• Inspire and lead a high-performing, collaborative team.
