Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Experience with excavating, demolition, paving, concrete, highways, roadways, etc.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors according to plans and specs.
• Implement and monitor quality control programs to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Develop and implement safety programs to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections for safety and quality compliance.
• Manage project risks with identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed to stay on track and within scope.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and team members.
