Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Permanent Superintendent to lead on-site construction across the Western U.S. You will oversee all stages of the build, ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality results while enforcing safety and code standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of superintendent experience, strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with architects and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a superintendent role.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Preferred degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in construction safety or project management are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities ensuring compliance.
• Develop and manage project schedules.
