You will guide a team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high standards of quality and safety, leveraging your extensive supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory construction role.
• Proven scheduling, safety, subcontractor management, codes, blueprint reading and leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with team motivation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations per plans and specs.
• Develop, maintain construction schedules with subcontractors.
• Enforce safety policies to protect crew and site.
• Manage subcontractors to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical docs.
• Lead and motivate the project team, resolve conflicts.
