• Minimum of 5 years in a superintendent role in construction.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and planning.
• Solid knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities ensuring schedule, design, specs, and safety compliance.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Interpret blueprints with architects/engineers and ensure quality.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and drive team performance.
