Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Boston, MA to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will serve as a key point of contact for owners, architects, subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring projects meet safety, schedule and budget goals.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, buyouts, submittals, and documentation while coordinating with the Superintendent and maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
• Manage subcontractor buyout and contract execution
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
• Lead OAC and subcontractor coordination meetings
• Work closely with the Superintendent to coordinate project execution
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs, schedule, quality, and overall performance
• Identify and resolve issues before they become larger problems
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Assist with preconstruction, estimating, and project planning as needed
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard
