Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Superintendent to manage day-to-day on-site construction for commercial and multifamily projects. You will lead field staff, coordinate with PMs and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction leadership, strong blueprint reading, and proficiency with Procore or Buildertrend. OSHA 30 preferred; Minnesota worksite experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
• At least 2 years in a superintendent or field leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend).
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate and supervise all field staff and subcontractor work, ensuring compliance with design plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, schedules, safety logs, and punch lists.
