JE Dunn Construction Company seeks a Superintendent for Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) to lead safety, supervise subcontractors, and manage site logistics on large Industrial & Manufacturing projects. The role requires coordinating multiple trades, developing work plans, and ensuring QA/QC while keeping the project on schedule and within budget.

• Requires strong safety leadership and field supervision experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades on complex projects.
• Ability to manage project budgets and track costs with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety culture on the project and mentor staff to maintain an injury-free environment.
• Coordinate subs, materials, equipment and work sequences to meet schedule.
• Manage project meetings, progress reporting and owner communications.
• Develop and monitor work plans, schedules and cost control.
• Support closeout activities and ensure QA/QC compliance.
