Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on a long-term commercial/institutional project in Sandusky, Ohio. This 12-month assignment involves managing on-site activities, subcontractors, safety, quality, schedule, and project execution from mobilization through closeout.

We welcome candidates with 10+ years in commercial/institutional construction, proven ability to lead teams on ground-up or major renovations, and OSHA 30 certification

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional project.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Drive milestones through detailed planning and coordination and conduct field meetings.
