Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for a long-term commercial/institutional construction project in Sandusky, Ohio.

The assignment is 12 months, with responsibility from mobilization through closeout, including safety, quality, and schedule management. Non-local candidates are encouraged to apply; company-paid lodging, travel expenses, and a vehicle allowance are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial/institutional construction experience.
• Superintendent experience on ground-up or major renovation projects.
• Strong ability to lead subcontractors and maintain aggressive schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional project.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
• Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination.
• Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions.
• Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle.
