Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for a 12-month assignment in Sandusky, Ohio. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and drive schedule milestones from mobilization through closeout.

Candidates with 10+ years in commercial or institutional construction, experience as a superintendent on ground-up or major renovation projects, and the ability to read construction drawings are preferred; OSHA 30

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial or institutional construction experience.
Experience serving as a Superintendent on ground-up and/or major renovation projects.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field operations on a complex commercial/institutional project.
Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and schedule performance.
Drive project milestones through detailed planning and coordination.
Conduct daily field meetings and weekly look-ahead planning sessions.
Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and owner-facing site meetings.
Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
Maintain strong client relationships and represent Sevan on-site throughout the project lifecycle.
