Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks an experienced leader to oversee the installation and coordination of contracted work on large-scale commercial projects. You will foster a safety-first culture, sequence complex activities, and manage logistics while ensuring quality and adherence to schedule and budget.

You will mentor teams, communicate plans across diverse audiences, and build strong stakeholder relationships on active job sites.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction process including scheduling, contract administration, equipment and personnel.
• Experience leading field operations and communicating plans across audiences.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work for a project or scope.
• Implement safety culture and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Create and manage plans to sequence work, manage logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Maintain high quality of work aligned with standards.
• Develop and communicate the project schedule with stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-functioning team.
• Cultivate relationships with project stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
