Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on complex commercial projects, ensuring schedule compliance and safety excellence. You will oversee self-performed and subcontracted work, manage logistics, and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires extensive experience in scheduling, contract administration, and OSHA-based safety standards, with a proven track record of building large-scale facilities on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• In-depth knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Advanced knowledge of safety and building regulations (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work for total project or scope, trade contractor, or portion of a project.
• Implement a culture of safety and quality among Clark employees and trade contractors; conduct regular safety inspections.
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage site logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Develop, update, and communicate the project schedule with stakeholders; lead multi-disciplinary meetings to gain buy-in.
• Mentor and develop team members; cultivate relationships with project stakeholders.
• Recruit and retain top industry talent to join Clark; proactively identify relationships with industry professionals.
