Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction process including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Experience leading field operations and communicating plans across multiple audiences.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) and site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work for all or part of a project.
• Implement safety and quality culture among Clark employees and trade contractors; conduct regular inspections.
• Create and manage sequencing plans, site logistics, and material/personnel tracking.
• Ensure high quality of work aligned with project standards and schedule.
• Drive on-time delivery and budget adherence through proactive leadership.
• Develop, update, and communicate the project schedule with stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing crew.
• Maintain relationships with project stakeholders and represent the company in meetings.
• Understand owner contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements; monitor KPIs.
• Support close-out activities including punch lists and operations training.
• Proactively identify relationships to win the right work and recruit top talent.
