Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex projects in Seattle. You will oversee self-performed and contracted work, ensuring adherence to contract documents and schedules while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will develop and manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and mentor team members to deliver projects on time and within budget, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Experience leading field operations and teams.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work.
• Implement safety and quality culture among Clark employees and trade contractors and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage jobsite logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Ensure a high quality of work consistent with project and company standards.
• Develop, update, and communicate the project schedule and milestones with stakeholders.
• Manage, mentor, and develop team members to build a high functioning team.
• Cultivate strong relationships with project stakeholders.
• Maintain professionalism in meetings and interactions.
• Understand owner contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
• Participate in close-out activities and KPI review.
