Granite Construction is looking for a Project Superintendent to provide on-site leadership for construction sites or business units. You will supervise several level1 &2 Superintendents and ensure work aligns with design, budget and schedule.

Responsibilities include coordinating on-site activities, managing field supervisors and subcontractors, and implementing safety, quality and environmental initiatives. Requires 10+ years in supervisory construction and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Experience supervising multiple crews and contractors on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise total construction effort to meet design, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate on-site functions with scheduling, engineering and material control.
