Grunley Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities for high-profile projects.

You will oversee Grunley employees and subcontractors, manage schedule, safety, quality control, and field office operations to keep the project on track. The role requires ten years of construction experience with at least five as a Superintendent on large projects, familiarity with EM-385-1-1 and safety regulations, OSHA 10, and CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required for this role.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience with at least 5 years as a Superintendent on large projects (~$120M).
• Familiarity with EM-385-1-1 and safety compliance requirements.
• OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid certifications are required or obtainable before start date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Grunley employees and coordinate with subcontractors on site.
• Develop and maintain baseline project schedule; monitor progress with two-week look-ahead planning.
• Conduct site inspections, enforce quality control, and ensure safety programs are followed.
• Oversee field office operations, daily reports, time sheets, and purchase orders.
• Manage temporary construction materials, equipment needs, and logistics.
