Responsibilities

• Provide on-site supervision for on-site construction functions (structures, concrete, underground).
• Ensure work aligns with design, budget and schedule; manage resources to meet project objectives.
• Supervise craft employees for productivity and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Support scheduling, work plans, procedures, and on-site problem solving with subcontractors and teams.
• Promote safety, environmental compliance, and quality culture across the project.
