You will mentor field staff, drive improved processes, and help implement Work Plans while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• 10+ years supervisory or equivalent construction experience.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction, policies, and union relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory, and planning skills.
• Excellent management skills.

Aufgaben

• Comply with safety, quality and environmental initiatives to ensure a compliant work environment.
• Supervise total construction effort to ensure project adherence to design, budget, and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions with scheduling, engineering, and material control.
• Supervise field supervisors, superintendents and contractors to ensure productivity and contractual performance.
• Interface with on-site teams to resolve problems, ensure quality, safety, and schedules.
• Assist management in developing Work Plans and procedures to achieve project goals.
• Recruit and hire qualified individuals to maintain high-performing teams.
• Mentor staff to meet Granite standards and facilitate development.
• Analyze training needs with senior leadership to ensure ongoing competency.
