Job summary

Granite Construction is seeking an on-site supervisor to oversee functional construction activities, ensuring projects are built to design, budget, and schedule. The role requires leadership of craft teams, strong safety discipline, and collaboration with the project team and subcontractors.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years in construction management or foreman roles. A valid driver’s license and availability for non-standard shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site functional supervision of construction projects (structures, concrete, underground).

• Supervise craft employees to ensure productivity and quality; manage resources to meet budgets and schedules.
• Assist in developing Work Plans, procedures, and standards; ensure project goals are achieved.
• Coordinate with on-site teams and subcontractors to resolve issues and meet timelines.
