Job summary

RK Industries seeks an on-site supervisor to coordinate field and shop operations for construction projects. You will supervise teams, ensure safety compliance, and drive schedules, budgets, and quality across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have a master’s or higher degree with 15+ years of relevant experience, plus strong leadership, negotiation, and training skills. This role emphasizes autonomous decision-making and cross-functional collaboration with operations and GC teams.

Qualifications

• Masters or college/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally required.
• Expert in field, extensive relevant experience, 15+ years.
• Great communication, negotiation and training skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrates independent decision-making.
• Ability to manage autonomous individuals, managers and diverse groups giving broader direction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with safety program requirements and interface with Safety Managers.
• Adhere to project schedule and ensure timely, quality completion within budget.
• Coordinate project schedule information with the GC and project management.
• Maintain open communication on budget, productivity, change orders, quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Lead field and shop scope of work activities and coordinate with Operations.
