Qualifications

• Masters or college/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally required.
• Expert in field with extensive relevant experience, 15+ years.
• Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning and guiding large programs.
• Manages autonomous individuals, managers and diverse groups with broader direction.
• Plays a role in company business strategy development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated mechanical construction projects.
• Manage budgeting and scheduling to achieve goals on time and within budget.
• Administer contracts, buyout, documentation, meetings, billing, change orders and cost control.
• Prepare project monthly valuations and monitor cash flow.
• Review and process subcontractor and supplier invoices.
• Attend project management meetings and lead regular staff meetings.
