Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of field experience in construction required.
• 5+ years of safety experience.
• Electrical safety experience preferred; Journeyman license preferred (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Promote and implement the company safety program across sites.
• Coach and mentor employees on safety practices and compliance.
• Conduct safety training, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate OSHA inspections and reporting; ensure corrective actions.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and maintain EMR improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure safe operations and risk management.
