Qualifications

10+ years of construction leadership experience.
Experience leading large commercial, industrial, or mechanical projects.
Strong knowledge of project budgeting, labor management, and scheduling.
Ability to coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily field operations, workforce planning, and project execution activities.
Lead and coordinate craft professionals, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership teams.
Develop and execute a comprehensive project Master Plan for successful delivery.
Manage scheduling activities to align with milestones and objectives.
Monitor subcontractor performance, quality, and equipment execution.
Drive safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Maintain project documentation and support turnover activities.
