Job summary

RK Industries is seeking a General Superintendent to lead large-scale construction operations in the field. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors, driving project performance from preconstruction through turnover.

A strong focus on safety, quality, and cost control will be essential. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction leadership, proven ability to mentor field personnel, and expertise in scheduling and budget management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction leadership experience.
• Experience leading commercial, industrial, or mechanical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of safety requirements and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, labor, and resources.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and project execution.
• Lead craft professionals, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• Develop and execute a Master Plan to deliver projects on time.
• Monitor scheduling, milestones, and productivity for efficiency.
• Drive CPM scheduling, planning, and cost control initiatives.
• Coordinate inspections and manage relationships with authorities.
• Review labor hours and cost data with Project Management.
• Mentor field personnel and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
