Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction site management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial sites.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations in SA.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and common office applications.
• Ability to work in a demanding on-site and remote administrative setting.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to the site regularly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction site management, with a strong track record of successfully completed projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction sites.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations in South Africa .
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and common office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in both a demanding on-site environment and a remote administrative setting.
