Placements24 is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead residential projects in the Gauteng region. You will oversee end-to-end activities from planning and budgeting to handover, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 7+ years progressive experience in residential construction project management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of residential construction projects.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• Ability to effectively manage budgets and control project costs.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Experience working with various construction trades and subcontractors.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites within the Gauteng region.
