Responsibilities

• Enforces safety and site cleanliness on job site and ensures Webcor safety policy is followed.
• Manages day-to-day field operations including planning, sequencing work, procurement of materials, and supervising subcontractors and vendors.
• Interfaces with clients, vendors, inspectors, project management and design teams.
• Leads, develops, and mentors team members; provides timely feedback.
• Submits comprehensive monthly schedules and manages changes in schedule/scope.
• Reviews cost reports and forecasting, change orders, and tracks project requirements.
