Job summary

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment
• Manages subcontractors and overall workflow
• Oversees staff, subcontractors and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO)
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work
• Manages project site care and control
• Leads standups and trade meetings
• Manages project schedule with Project Manager
• Tracks hours and cost codes for reporting
• Ensures quality compliance via specifications and QA/QC
• Supports project closeouts and pursuit processes
• Identifies and recruits top talent
