Ideal candidates hold a Bachelors in Construction Management or have 8+ years of related experience; in lieu of a degree, 12 years in construction is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related technical field; 8 years' experience in commercial or industrial construction required.
• In lieu of degree, 12 years' experience in commercial or industrial construction required.
• Ability to provide constructability reviews and feedback for projects.

Responsibilities

• Foster a high performing safety culture through personal conduct and human performance principles.
• Develop contractor bid packages and assist in reviewing bids.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and follow up on action points.
• Conduct constructability reviews and review project scope with the team.
• Coordinate material requests, delivery, and verification of materials at the site.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards and inspect contractor work.
• Document project site meetings and ensure permits are in order.
• Mentor junior CSCs and review schedules for time management and cost management.

Education

Bachelors in Construction Management

12 years experience in commercial or industrial construction (in lieu of degree)
