Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Scheduling Manager for the New Jersey market to oversee the scheduling team across multiple projects, develop and maintain CPM baselines, and integrate BIM/4D planning with Last Planner methodology. You will lead planning efforts, monitor progress, and provide dashboards for leadership reviews.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and extensive experience with large-scale construction schedules, Primavera P6, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years of related experience on large construction projects.
• Scheduling certification (AACE, PSP, PMI-SP) preferred.
• Experience in project engineering and supervision on construction projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling activities for multiple projects, oversee CPM baselines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, procurement, and construction teams.
• Integrate BIM/4D models and Last Planner System into schedules.
• Provide scheduling dashboards and participate in ORM and BD activities.
• Educate staff on scheduling techniques and company Playbook guidelines.
• Present schedule risk analysis and defend schedules during reviews.
