Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Construction Schedule Manager to join our team in the United States. This role requires a seasoned scheduler with deep knowledge of construction sequencing and project controls across turnkey manufacturing projects.

You will generate and maintain schedules using MS Project and Primavera, coordinating design, procurement, processing, and building systems. Travel to job sites is expected to support multiple projects and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of scheduling experience in construction.
• Ability to interpret PFDs and P&IDs and relate to turnkey projects.
• Must understand design, process, procurement, and building systems.
• Must be physically present in the Lexington office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, communicate, review, and interpret schedules during the design, construction, commissioning and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects.
• Maintain and issue schedules on a regular basis throughout project duration.
• Monitor trends and alert management to potential effects of those trends.
• Travel to jobsites as necessary.
