Job summary

Gray Construction in Lexington, VA is seeking a Construction Schedule Manager to lead project scheduling for turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects. Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling experience in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to generate schedules using PFDs, P&IDs and construction docs.
• Excellent communication and leadership across project teams.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide schedule preparation, communication, review, validation and interpretation during design, construction, commissioning and start-up.
• Ensure schedules are produced, maintained, updated and issued regularly.
• Monitor trends and alert management to potential effects.
• Travel to jobsites as necessary.
