Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Construction Schedule Manager in Lexington. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years’ experience and a bachelor's degree, and must understand turnkey food and beverage project schedules.

You will generate schedules with PFDs, P&IDs and construction documents, lead across all workstreams, and communicate effectively with project teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera is required, and you must be physically present in the Lexington office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction scheduling on turnkey projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required; understanding of design, process, procurement, and building systems.
• Proficient with MS Project and Primavera; capable of communicating across project workstreams.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide schedule preparation, communication, review, validation and interpretation during design, construction, commissioning and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects.
• Ensure schedules are produced, maintained, updated and issued regularly throughout projects.
• Monitor trends and alert management to effects of those trends.
• Travel to jobsites as necessary.
