Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Construction Schedule Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects. A bachelor’s degree is required, and candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Project and Primavera to develop and maintain project schedules.

Travel to job sites will be necessary, and strong communication is essential. The role focuses on leading scheduling efforts across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in scheduling for turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Ability to generate schedules using PFDs, P&IDs and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide schedule preparation, communication, review, validation and interpretation during the design, construction, commissioning and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects.
• Ensure schedules are produced, maintained, updated and issued on a regular basis during the duration of the projects.
• Monitor trends and alert management as to potential effects of those trends.
• Travel to jobsites as necessary.
