Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Construction Schedule Manager to join our team. The candidate will manage schedules for multi-project manufacturing initiatives, applying coordination across design, procurement, and construction phases.

We require a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of scheduling experience, with proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6. This role may involve travel to jobsites and requires strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of scheduling experience on manufacturing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required; strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 for schedule development.

Responsibilities

• Provide schedule preparation, communication, review, validation and interpretation during design, construction, commissioning and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects.
• Ensure schedules are produced, maintained, updated and issued on a regular basis.
• Monitor trends and alert management to potential effects of those trends.
• Travel to jobsites as necessary.
