Job summary

Gray is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our Columbus, Ohio team. Experience in the construction industry is required.

You will assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with site management and trade partners to plan workflows and mitigate sequencing delays. Responsibilities include reviewing lookahead schedules, communicating critical path impacts, and supporting time impact analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of construction experience.
• Basic understanding of schedule software and design processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Project Scheduler in developing and maintaining the project schedule.
• Collaborate with site management and trade partners to plan workflows and mitigate scheduling conflicts.
• Review 2-3 week lookahead schedules and communicate critical path impacts to team and customer.
• Pursue learning and develop new skills to improve schedule performance and adhere to Gray policies.
