Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Construction Schedule Manager to join our team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years’ experience in scheduling for turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects, with strong knowledge of design, process, procurement, and building systems.

The role requires expertise in Microsoft Project and Primavera, excellent communication, and the ability to lead across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong understanding of turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide schedule preparation, communication, review, validation and interpretation during the design, construction, commissioning and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects.
• Ensure schedules are produced, maintained, updated and issued regularly throughout project duration.
• Monitor trends and alert management to potential positive or negative effects of those trends.
• Travel to jobsites as necessary.
