Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Construction Schedule Manager to join our team in the United States. The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in scheduling and a bachelor’s degree, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera.

This role requires the ability to develop and manage schedules across turnkey manufacturing projects and to travel to jobsites as needed. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and communicating project schedules, and

Qualifications

• Schedule preparation, communication, review, validation and interpretation during the design, construction, commissioning and start-up of multiple manufacturing projects.
• Schedules must be produced, maintained, updated and issued on a regular basis during the duration of the projects.
• Monitor trends and alert management to possible effects of those trends.
• Travel to jobsites as necessary.

• Coordinate with design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule adherence.
• Communicate schedule status to stakeholders and adjust as needed.
