Qualifications

• 10 years Scheduler II experience; 15 years Scheduler III for public works projects.
• 5+ years planning/design through construction and close-out.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera and MS Project.
• Education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Ability to develop CPM baseline schedules and updates.
• Ability to build an integrated master schedule across multiple projects.
• Experience reviewing contractor baselines and recovery schedules.
• Ability to prepare time impact analyses and delay claims.
• Resource loading, cost loading, and earned value reporting support.
• Clear schedule narratives and executive-level summaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and report schedules for a portfolio of recovery and rebuild capital projects.
• Create and manage CPM baseline schedules and look-ahead milestones.
• Coordinate with project managers, design consultants, Contractors, and agencies.
• Review contractor baselines, updates, and recovery schedules for compliance.
• Prepare time impact analyses and delay claims.
• Support earned value reporting and cost/resource loading.
• Produce clear schedule narratives, milestone reports, and summaries.
