Job summary

Flintco, LLC seeks a Scheduling Manager to support multiple project teams with creating, maintaining and analyzing schedules using Last Planner System and Primavera P6. This position offers a hybrid in-office/remote schedule with up to 50% travel, based in Springdale, AR or other Flintco offices.

Reports to Director of Production Support Services and requires strong data analytics and leadership skills. Essential duties include development of schedules, reports, and cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project scheduling experience in construction or similar
• Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and analyze project schedules for multiple projects
• Develop pursuit and pre-construction schedules in collaboration with teams
• Produce custom scheduling reports and dashboards
• Coach internal teams on scheduling processes and tools
• Coordinate with partners, architects, engineers and field staff
