Job summary

CEC Companies seeks an experienced Project Scheduler to manage, integrate, and train on development of all project schedules for mission critical facilities, including new builds and retrofits. You will work with cross-functional teams and act as the client interface to ensure objectives are met with value-added service.

Responsibilities include detailed scheduling in Primavera P6 and Tableau, schedule data feedback from vendors, and proactive risk analysis.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• PSP certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is beneficial.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Understanding of best practice relating to the delivery of a construction program is required.
• Extensive experience creating and managing large-scale construction schedules in Primavera P6.
• A background in Project Controls is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Travel to construction sites regularly.
• Work with stakeholders, clients, contractors daily.
• Develop and maintain a detailed construction schedule using Primavera P6 and Tableau.
• Ensure schedule data from vendors/engineering/construction contractors feeds planning systems.
• Coordinate and implement scheduling strategy, plans and procedures.
• Produce project status reports and look-ahead schedules from P6.
