Job summary

CEC Facilities is seeking a Project Scheduler to manage, integrate, and train teams on construction schedules for mission-critical facilities, including new builds and retrofits. You will develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau across multi-project environments, coordinating with clients, vendors, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or Business or related field.
• PSP certification by AACE is beneficial.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Extensive experience with large-scale construction schedules in Primavera P6.
• Background in Project Controls is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Regular travel to construction sites is expected.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders, Clients, Contractors and Subcontractors daily.
• Develop and maintain a detailed construction schedule using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments.
• Ensure schedule data from vendors and contractors is fed into planning systems.
• Implement planning & scheduling strategy reflecting company and contractor roles.
• Work with project managers and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity.
• Provide interface and quality assurance for tracking schedule performance.
• Deliver master schedule and monthly project status reports.
• Produce 1, 3, and 6 month look-aheads from P6 for reporting.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and probabilistic analyses.
• Identify deviations from baselines and propose corrective actions.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
