Job summary

CEC FACILITIES LLC is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our design/construction team in Catoosa, OK. You will manage, integrate and train teams on project schedules, focusing on mission-critical facilities, new builds, and retrofits.

The role requires strong scheduling discipline, resource and cost loading, and solid communication with stakeholders. Regular travel to construction sites and a client-facing interface are expected.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or Business or related field.
• PSP certification by AACE is beneficial.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Extensive experience with Primavera P6 for large schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed construction schedule using Primavera P6 for multi-project environments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure schedule integrity and timely updates.
• Produce progress reports and look-ahead schedules for client reporting.
• Analyze schedule risk and critical path using probabilistic methods.
• Travel to construction sites as required and interface with clients.
